Chat will resume on September 10, 2012 and will be available from 10AM to 3PM Mondays to Fridays. (Current local time).

Please call the CAPS Information Desk at (780) 492-4291 if you need assistance with the following issues:

• Resume, CV or cover letter writing
• Booking a consultation or registering in a workshop
• Cancelling an appointment--we cannot verify your identity via chat, so we will not cancel or reschedule an appointment via chat
• Employers with questions about posting a job or attending a career fair

If you initiate a chat with any of these questions, we will redirect you to the CAPS Information Desk for assistance.
