Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) Days
Many programs, particularly those in health-related fields, use Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs), for admission into their programs. MMIs are thought to better handle the biases of interviewers, more accurately predict academic performance and assess non-cognitive skills like interpersonal skills, professionalism, critical thinking and ethical decision making.
MMIs require candidates to proceed through a circuit of stations at which they will be asked a question or posed a scenario. Interviewers remain at the same station assessing the same question or scenario. Interviewees are given a short time to prepare before delivering their response.
Prepare for your MMI by registering for one of our Multiple Mini Interview Days. We will simulate the MMI as closely as possible and you will receive both verbal and written feedback to help you improve your interview performance.
